Ted Lazor-President/CEO (Independent Consultant)

Ted is an accomplished Executive Leader and Strategist with broad talent and experience in in all aspects of Human Resources and operational compliance. This includes leadership functions, staff development, performance management employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compensation, P&L management and fashioning productive environments through exceptional operations. He is a motivational team builder with exceptional interpersonal skills building HR/Payroll departments creating the framework and structure of start-up departments including re-configuration of formal and non-formal structures, designing and implementing best practices, SOP’s, and promoting “open door” communications. Ted has also written general contract agreements for clients, business communication letters, branded company applications, Code of Conduct policies and created general business forms as additional services.

Ted has over 20 years of Human Resources and operational experience in various businesses including but not limited to retail big box home centers, craft businesses, security services, hospitality, non-profit, close-out retail, movie entertainment and lawn care services. He maintains his SHRM-SCP, Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certification in conjunction with years of general retail management experience managing big box locations to multi-state regional operations and Human Resources. Operational and Human Resources expertise is broadened with mergers and acquisitions and liquidation of retail establishments.

As a consultant he will work diligently to aid your business to be competitive and compliant with local, state and federal laws providing fair & consistent employment practices.
